Description of Showy Goldenrod (Solidago speciosa)

Showy Goldenrod (Solidago speciosa), a member of the Asteraceae (Aster Family), is a herbaceous perennial that grows 3 to 5 feet tall and has yellow flowers that bloom in the summer and fall.
